Have you ever had a day when you feel that your nerves were so taunt that you snapped at everyone and everything and the pressure felt so great that you felt your head was going to explode? We all have had days like that. Everything that could go wrong did and the more anxious we became the more that went wrong.
When you get such a day I want you to go into a room {bathroom is fine} and sit down and take 4 long breaths slowly and exhale slowly and say to yourself "This is a temporary situation and will pass." When you do this you are tapping into a universal reserve of positive energy and I want you to say the words, "My soul is restful and at peace".
Feel the peace within. Whatever is happening externally can not affect you internally unless you allow it to do so.
Now when you return to the situation you will have new energy and slowly bit by bit will get the job done.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
I will handle all of my affairs with a peaceful feeling and others will react in a positive manner and they too will be at peace.

The impact you have on others

When you wish for something for someone else, you also receive it for yourself. When you give away what you have in your heart, then you will receive it back.
I wish you peace. I want you to feel an inner calmness that you have known very little of because of the hectic lifestyles we all live.
Please put aside all feelings of sorrow, fear and unhappiness for a little while and come with me to my journey to peace. Just sit and be still and allow the feelings of peace to enter your soul. Breathe deep and regular and slow. Concentrate on your breathing and put every thing out of your mind for now. You can think about it later if you wish, but for now just allow peace to enter your mind and body. Meditate on the peace and calmness of your energy center. Desire this peace and calmness and send it out to others. Do this twice a day and notice the difference it makes in your life and other's lives.
Remember that we are all connected to the Universal Mind or as some call it the energy mass.
We can raise all vibrations by raising our own vibrations and sending it out into the energy field of the Universe. It is being done every day and in every country by many people and you can do it too. It may take some practice but you can do it.
