All of us, at one time or another, have felt unloved, unwanted and unneeded. If we allow ourselves to believe this, then we slip down into a self-induced depression.
Whenever we do this, we are depreciating the gift that we all have and this gift is a God given ability to spread love and joy to others. We become so wrapped up in self that when we accept anything bad about ourselves it reflects our negative energy to all those around us.
Psalms 30:5 reads " …weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. " and helps us in our hours of despair. My favorite source of comfort is from 1 Corinthians 13:13 " So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. ". We all know these verses are from the most popular book of all times-The Bible.
When we speak of positive energy, we speak of love of self and those around us who are positive. Love is positive energy. What you send out to the Universe you get back in a greater amount.
We have all been around loving and positive people who made you feel so good in their presence and you were so happy with them that you did not want to leave. We call it good vibes. The vibrations of positive energy through the love of self and others ripples out like the water of a stone tossed into the ocean touching all who come into contact with it.
Take a few minutes with me. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly and say to yourself “I am loved and I am a precious child of the Universe and I will spread this love to everyone that I meet.”
Really feel this and see how your life changes for the better.

Great blog, definately agree with everything. Positive energy, not
negative, is the key. It starts with
our thoughts, if we can turn the negative thoughts to positive as
we catch them, we can have that
positive energy we all so desperately want.
